Guest accounts

You can try BurnSnacks as a guest. Guest data is tied to your device and is lost if you don't sign in before uninstalling or resetting the app.

Your content

You own the photos, notes, and preferences you add. You are responsible for what you upload and share.

Keep your login secure

For your own safety, don't share your credentials with anyone, and reach out if something on your account looks off. You are responsible for activity on your account, so a little care here goes a long way.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. This permanently removes your data from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

BurnSnacks provides general nutrition information and AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or health advice.

Consult a professional

Talk to a doctor or nutrition professional before making decisions about allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or significant changes to what you eat.

AI-generated estimates

Calories, macros, blood sugar (glycemic) response, and regenerated preparations are estimated by AI models from your photos, descriptions, and other inputs. "Healthier choices" are suggestions, not guarantees, and can be inaccurate. Verify anything critical to your health yourself.

Personal, non-commercial use

BurnSnacks is meant for tracking your own meals and eating habits, not for resale, scraping, or building a competing service.

No illegal content

Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

No abuse

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service, or abuse AI features to generate unrelated content.

Our intellectual property

The BurnSnacks app, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms. This license ends if you violate these terms or delete your account.

Provided as-is

BurnSnacks is provided without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BurnSnacks will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the app, or your violation of these terms.

Account termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
